Main Applications:
Gluing of polyurethane foams with textile and non-woven materials (non-woven) with each other or with other materials in the manufacture of mattresses.
Conditions of application:
From 150ºC. We recommend between 160ºC and 180ºC. The temperature depends on the machine speed, the ambient temperature, the materials to be bonded and the application system. Do not exceed 200ºC.

Property:
Very long open time, high adhesion on a wide variety of supports. Very good thermal stability. Very weak smell.
Information about the components:
All the components used in the manufacture of this product meet the requirements of the American regulation F.D.A. (Food & Drug Administration) No 21 CFR 175.105 for adhesives in indirect contact with food.
Storage and Conservation:
Protect from sunlight, dust and excessive temperatures. Store in cool, dry places. Under normal storage conditions the product is perfectly preserved for 2 years.
